Remembering Your psychosis – Is It Possible To Remember?

It’s a common question. The answer is ambiguous. There are disorders in which the person will remember everything that has happened to him, including the thoughts that have passed through his mind—and there are some disorders in which the person will remember almost nothing.

For those who have survived and overcome the disorder, it is desirable to sit and write down everything that went through their minds, as the events they experienced can constitute a basis for the future—a kind of clue for the person’s sub-consciousness that can and should be used for interpreting their meaning.
Furthermore, the writing process in itself is a therapeutic process that is very helpful in lifting the heavy weight placed on the person’s heart. A person may use his or her past experiences, put into writing, to develop in the future a short story or even a thriller book, or alternatively another work of art.

Do you have any other suggestion how to put into good use your Psychosi’s memories?,
