People, who suffer from schizophrenia, are usually expected to react as if they never get angry or mad about anything, while the truth is that they burn inside their sole with many irritating excuses why they should collect their anger inside. 1) Relax
My mom use to say “Count to ten before you say something.” This advice is true, you should first try to calm yourself and while you count to ten and if needed even up to 100, you should take deep breathes into your lungs, letting your temper cool down.
2) Exercise
Exercise is a great way to channel your anger into good things and to benefit from it in a controlled manner. If you go through an irritating day that everyone pissed you, good news! Take a 4 miles fast walk and you will return full of energy, calm and forget about the matter.
3) Being busy
When people make you angry, it is a good idea to concentrate in one or few actions that will make you busy in a way that it would divert your mind from the irritating cause. Soon you will even forget that anything made you mad.
4) Quit smoking
Many researches show that smoking raises your blood pressure causing you to be with an elevated level of temper which can cause you to get mad even from simple, negligible and tiny matters. The best way to prevent it from happening is to take an action and quit smoking.
5) Being occupied
There is a magical way to avoid from being involved in irritative situations in the first place. That way is to be occupied. If you go to a steady occupation each morning such as a group, a club, a course, a steady job then you has great chances to avoid from getting into quarrels with bored people who are looking to fight.
6) Having a goal
If you are on a quest or a mission to get things in life, then in an automatic way you less tend to be involved in quarrels with bored people who tend to make a big fuss out of small things. You know what is important for you and then you know how to maneuver and manipulate people without getting into delicate and problematic situations.
