One of the best ways to fight against stigma is by exposure. Exposure is when someone who suffers from schizophrenia disorder begins to accept the fact that he has difficulties and he needs to take care of himself.

The controversy between people, who support only the opinion of giving the one and only drug treatment, to people who thinks that this treatment should be combined with an alternative treatment, or as the only treatment, never had been more charged than nowadays.

From my own experience, very common phenomena when a person who has psychotic disorder, share is a very rapid thinking. You feel like as if an atom bomb is exploding inside your mind.

When having Schizophrenia, people tend to develop different kind of side affects, addictions and accompanied illnesses such as – gaining weight, high level of cholesterol and bad lipids, high blood pressure, lack of physical activity, dental caries and so on.

The paranoia symptoms in short are – being suspicious, thinking that everybody is plotting some kind of a conspiracy. You suspects that your friends, parents, neighbors, colleague are talking about you, everybody wants to harm you or even want to kill you. You are sure that people are following you in the street, and so on.

Falling in love is the most basic characteristic of humane being. With out getting in love, there won’t be a continuation to our generation. People who get in love are realizing they’re own existence.

When you suffer from schizophrenia, after the psychosis is gone, you would enter the remission period. While the remission, it’s inevitable that you would suffer the negative symptoms such as – a lack of motivation, depression, chronic weariness and a very little physical activity. One more characteristic is that sufferers tend to be a heavily smokers.
